Isaac shared ideas that he secured while browsing through a book " Design Driven Innovation" during our Weekly Monday Meetings. It was in relation to understanding customer' s needs when seeking to connect with them. The question was whether or not tools, like the AOC, Summary, Financial Analysis etc., were important or relevant at all to a particular customer. He suggested that we should revamp the rules of engagement by asking questions like " What does Financial Planning mean to you?" and from that answer design the tools that will meet this particular's client's needs.
